These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Turbo Vault website and any associated creator tools ("service"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About the service

Turbo Vault is an independent motorsport creator project. Its tools may assist with organising video assets, preparing captions and metadata, and managing publishing workflows. Features may change, be unavailable, or be subject to separate platform approvals and permissions.

2. Account authorisation

When connecting a third-party platform, you are responsible for reviewing the permissions requested and the platform's applicable terms. You must not attempt to bypass platform restrictions, access controls or review requirements. Platform features may be unavailable until the platform grants the required access.

3. Content and rights

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions and legal basis required to upload, distribute or otherwise use any video, audio, image, caption or other content you submit. You must not use the service to infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights, or to publish unlawful, deceptive or harmful material.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's account, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rules of a connected platform.

5. Third-party platforms

Social platforms are independent services with their own terms, privacy policies, availability and enforcement decisions. Turbo Vault does not control their systems and cannot guarantee that a post will be approved, published, remain online, receive views or qualify for monetisation.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an evolving basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, including to address security, operational or platform requirements. We aim to keep information on the website accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will meet every requirement or be continuously available. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
