Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Turbo Vault ("we", "us" or "our") is an independent motorsport creator project. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you visit this website or authorise a Turbo Vault tool to interact with a supported social platform.
1. Information we may handle
Depending on the feature you choose to use, information may include:
- Account authorisation information and access tokens provided through a platform's official authorisation flow.
- Video files, captions, titles, descriptions, privacy settings and other publishing details that you choose to submit.
- Basic technical, diagnostic and workflow logs needed to operate the service and troubleshoot errors.
- Messages and contact details you provide when contacting us.
2. How information is used
Information is used to operate and maintain the creator workflow, prepare and publish content when authorised, respond to enquiries, troubleshoot issues, maintain security and comply with applicable obligations. We do not claim ownership of content you submit.
3. Platform connections
If you connect a social platform, that platform may process information under its own privacy policy and terms. Access is subject to the permissions you grant and the platform's own settings and review requirements. You can revoke an app's access through the relevant platform settings where supported. Revoking access may stop connected publishing features from working.
4. Storage and service providers
The workflow may rely on third-party infrastructure and services for hosting, storing video assets, running automation and publishing content. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. Access tokens and credentials should be stored securely and made available only to systems that need them.
5. Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers as needed to operate the workflow, by a social platform when you request publishing, or where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect security and rights.
6. Retention and security
Information should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including troubleshooting and recordkeeping. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online service or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and requests
You may choose not to connect an account or submit content. To ask about personal information, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email turbovault00@gmail.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
8. Children
This website and workflow are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can assess the request.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or workflow changes. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
10. Contact
